Mr. Bizhan Ghobadi
Chairman of the Complex and owner of the company is an active industrialist with more than 30 years of experience in manufacturing focused on machine-making industry:
General Manager of Bakhtar Cable Company from 1984 to 1986
1987: Started the Pars Pencil Manufacturing Company as one of the biggest pencil making factories in Iran and, simultaneously, built the Fajr Writing Factory using indigenous knowledge without employing any foreign technology.
From 1988 to 2001: The Ahad Pipe Production Company was founded, which is now one of the largest pipe making factories in western Iran
2001: The Shirin Bayan- e Zagros Company was established and started by utilizing domestic capabilities and machinery and personal innovation. This unit is now one of the largest Iranian companies and is known as a superior and exemplary industry involved in the production and export of licorice to European countries.
2005: The TAM Machine Company was founded and started its production, again making use of personal knowledge as the main manufacturer of industrial machinery in Kermanshah
2013: The Shirin Bayan Osareh-e Zagros Company was established, by utilizing experience gained from the founding of the Shirin Bayan-e Zagros Company , as a unit for producing licorice derivatives.
In late 2014, the Bisetoon Kermanshah Chemical Complex was wholly bought, the worn out machinery were restored and reconstructed, and new machinery were manufactured using indigenous technology.The macro perspective of the management and the strategic planning of the complex are based on the goal that the Bisetoon Kermanshah Chemical Complex should be one of the biggest producers of agricultural poisons in Iran and in the Middle East.
